An expressive Chasselas, typical wine from the heart of la Côte, it reminds exotic fruits taste with few floral notes. Very generous, silky and persistent to the palate. A great millesime.
Perfect as an aperitif or to accompany fish and cheese dishes.
Very expressive wine, with floral notes, it is also slightly marked by wood (one third new barrel) which gives a nice complexity taste. A well balanced mouthfeel, it is interesting to compare it to the classic version. Indeed, its acidity is a little more marked, due to the millesime difference.
A perfect match with your meals (especially fish or white meat).
Our Pinot-Gris parcels are located in the upper part of the hillsides, near the forest.
This grape variety finds there cool conditions, which are perfect to develop all its aromatic palette. Its subtle fruity aromas are developed by a long period of maturation and the slight residual sugar is counterbalanced by a touch of acidity.
This is a well balanced wine, perfectly appropriate as an aperitif or to enjoy with risottos and white meats.

It is opulent on the palate with a strong acidity on the finish. During his vacation in the Rhone Valley, Jean-Daniel was totally seduced by the tasting of a very good Viognier. This wine has been created for summer time! Very fruity on the nose (raspberry and strawberry), made with a majority of Gamay, Pinot Noir and Garonoir, this blending has a beautiful freshness mouthfeel. Its color is due to the short maceration time, only a few hours, during which the grape skins are in contact with the juice.
It will be perfect on a terrace, and will be a harmonious match with fish dishes and grilled poultry.
Fruity, nice and round in mouth, this traditional wine blended mainly with Gamay, and Pinot noir, will seduce you in everyday life. “Champenoir” refers to the wine parcel named Champel, located at the top of the vineyard, on the forest edge.
